So, let’s start at the beginning! When you navigate to the gallery link by entering your e-mail address, you will be greeted with a home page. Simply click the open button and it will drop you down into the main gallery.

From there continue scrolling through the gallery until you find the image(s) you would like to order. When you’re ready to add an image to your cart, you can do one of two things. First, you can simply hover your mouse over the image and three icons will appear: a heart, a shopping cart, and an arrow. For order purposes, you will want to select the cart icon. Alternatively, if you click the image you wish you purchase, it will bring you to a screen like the one below. Simply click “Buy Photo” in the top right. An ordering screen will pop up with the different print options; as you can see below, there are various sizes of prints and even canvases that can be ordered through a Pixieset gallery! They even include a product description to the left-hand size about the types of paper used for each product.Select your sizes and quantity and add them to your cart. From here you can continue shopping if you would like to order more items or view your cart.

When you’re ready to check out, view your shopping cart. I also personally check each order after it is submitted and will adjust fix the crop before sending it to the lab for printing.

Finally, once you hit checkout, you will be taken to a traditional ordering screen where you’ll just need to fill out your billing and shipping information along with your payment method. Shipping is based off of the largest size product or image you have ordered only.  If I have approved a school or studio discount, your code will appear in the shipping box at checkout.  If you have notes specific to your order, please ‘Add a note to the seller’ next to Billing & Shipping Info.

The turn around time at the lab is fantastic and most prints are shipped within 2-4 business days (with the exception of holiday lab delays) and received 5-10 days later.
